- Do not upload any photos that are against United States Law. This means, child pornography, bestially, etc.
- Do not upload any photos that will be linked to sites in China, Japan.
- Only upload photos that are with in the extensions we allow. They are currently: jpeg jpg gif png
- You must be 18 or older to upload photos to our web site or to participate in our forums.
- You understand that SuckyTime Productions Photo Host can not be held liable for lost content due to server crash, or if the site just does not survive due to lack of funds.
- You understand that SuckyTime Productions Photo Host is not responsible for any content that you, the user uploads.
- Do not upload copyrighted photos/content without permission from the owner.
